We come to your curb on your regular collection day, clean each bin inside and out, sanitize it, deodorize it, and put it back. You don't touch anything.

What We Need From You
- Bins emptied by your hauler before we arrive
- Bins placed curbside when required
- Safe, clear access — no vehicles or obstacles blocking the bins
- Gate codes or access instructions before your service date
- Accurate contact info so we can reach you about any schedule changes
A Few Things to Know
- Bins we can't service. For our technicians' safety and to keep our equipment clean, we can't service bins containing unbagged pet or human waste, hazardous chemicals, medical waste, sharp objects or broken glass, heavy construction debris, or flammable or corrosive materials. If we run into one, we'll contact you and get you back on the schedule once it's cleared.
- Tough materials. Paint, tar, gum, adhesives, and hardened chemicals may take extra time or more than one cleaning. We'll do what we can, but we can't promise complete removal.
- Weather. Snow, ice, and unsafe roads are part of life here. If we have to postpone, we'll reschedule you as soon as we reasonably can.
- Satisfaction.
If a cleaning isn't right, contact us within 48 hours and we'll come back out at no additional charge.
