  • How do I schedule a cleaning service?

    Get signed up on our website by creating a customer portal. Choose your preferred cleaning frequency.

  • What if I want to change the frequency of my cleaning?

    Scheduling a cleaning is easy in just a few steps! You can book or reschedule directly through our website or give us a call, and we'll take care of the rest.

  • How often should I have my bins cleaned?

    Most customers choose quarterly or monthly to prevent odors, bacteria buildup, and pests. On-demand cleanings are available without commitment.

  • When will you clean my bins?

    Cleaning is scheduled for the day of your trash collection. Leave your bins empty curbside or visible from the street.

  • Are there any extra charges I should know about before booking?

    There are no extra charges that will be applied outside of your subscription.

  • What if it rains or snows on my scheduled cleaning day?

    Our equipment is designed to operate in most weather conditions, so light rain or snow usually doesn't affect your scheduled service. If severe weather prevents us from safely cleaning your bins, we'll contact you to reschedule.

  • After I sign up, how soon do you provide service?

    We'll usually be out the same day, depending on the time of day you sign up and whether your bins are empty.

  • Can I reschedule a cleaning?

    Absolutely — just call or email us the date you'd like to reschedule your cleaning.

  • What do I do if I need my bin (s) cleaned in between my scheduled cleanings?

    We know life happens..  You’re covered for On/Demand Emergencies with our eligible recurring subscriptions.   Contact us and we will provide service within 24 hours of your request or our next available route.  

  • What is BinSpa+?

    Life happens.  If your trash bins need On Demand/Emergency attention between scheduled cleanings simply let us know.  As a BinSpa+ member, cleanings are available for customers with recurring plans.  As a member, you'll enjoy the benefit of this option in the event of an On Demand/Emergency between regularly scheduled visits.


    Because taking care of our customers is just as important as taking care of their bins.  

  • Do I need to be home for my bin cleaning?

    Leave your bins empty curbside or visible from the street and we'll take care of the rest.

  • My bin has not been cleaned yet and it's after 6:00 PM. Are you still coming?

    We send a notification before your cleaning as a reminder to leave the bins out. If you're scheduled and received a reminder, we will be there to fulfill our commitment. We purposefully start our day later to arrive after your trash has been picked up, and we don't finish our day until all appointments are met and the job is done.

  • What do you use to clean the bins?

    High-pressure, 200ºF water with no harsh chemicals. It's environmentally friendly, safe for kids and pets, and kills 99.9% of bacteria.

  • Why should I have my bins cleaned frequently?

    Waste bins are a breeding ground for bacteria, odor, and pests. Salmonella, E. coli, and listeria flourish here, just to name a few.

  • Do you clean during the winter season?

    Yes — we operate year-round, even in freezing conditions, because bins get dirty in every season. If weather doesn't permit cleaning on your scheduled day, we'll notify you and communicate any changes.

  • Do I need to keep payment on file?

    Yes, we'll need your payment info on a secure payment portal for recurring service. All payment data is handled and stored by Workiz. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
